Figure 9 was founded by operators who've spent their careers in the trenches of enterprise software — implementing it, integrating it, shipping it. Not advising from the sidelines. Not scoping the work and passing it to someone else. Building it, under the same deadlines and constraints every enterprise team faces.
Before Figure 9, we built a professional services firm on exactly that premise: hands-on implementation and integration work for enterprise clients, where "done" meant it actually worked in production, not just in a demo.
